Day 2: Disney Hollywood Studios!

Ok, so first day in the parks after a hearty breakfast:

(that photo seriously CRACKS ME UP! so I had to include it...) we hit up Disney's Hollywood Studios. We got all the big rides in (Mark and I getting on Tower of Terror!)

Ran into my Aunt Sue and the crew in line for Rockin' Roller Coaster w/Aerosmith!

(Second one is of me and my cousin Katie...:D She's just an all around awesome girl! I could kick myself for not getting more photos of what was there, but I figure that gives us a reason to take another trip! haha!)

We hit up Disney Junior Live On Stage! for Coleton. After seeing Voyage of the Little Mermaid and being scared out of his wits, I figured we'd try something a bit calmer... he LOVED it of course, and was sad when it was over, BUT right outside was what would be his FIRST character meet & greet!!

We got to get our picture taken with...HANDY MANNY!

Then we waited in line for Jake! (Coleton's absolute FAVORITE!!) From Jake and the Neverland Pirates! He was super excited! Dressed as Captain Hook he went right up to him... then, Jake acted like the Tick-Tock Croc, and scared him away... I think he wanted to cry REALLY bad... But he braved it out and got his photo taken anyway!And by the end, they were pals and even did fist bumps :D

If you only knew how scared I was for him! He has HATED anyone in a costume before this trip, like climb the walls freaking out if he sees someone dressed up... So seeing him even give a high 5 was a mission accomplished for me!!

After this we took a bit of a break, went and watched Beauty & the Beast, and just chilled for a little bit...(having a drink w/Mugga, what he calls my mom)

We also saw Muppets 3D and the American Idol Experience while we were there, and the street show Disney Channel Rocks! Which during part of it they have the kids come out and dance with them! SUPER CUTE! Here's my man showing off his awesome moves:

There were so few people there, that I even had room to play!! :D

Then we had a Fastpass to ride Toy Story Mania! Which Coleton seemed to enjoy, until it spit water in his face! HAHA! After which we got in line to meet Lightning McQueen and Mater, from Cars & Cars2 :D He really enjoyed them! Here he is waiting...and waiting...YEY!! It is his turn!!We stayed to watch Fantasmic! DHS's night time show, Coleton hadn't napped all day, and the show is in what is basically an outdoor amplitheatre/arena, and you can't take in strollers... So I stuck him in the Ergo and he watched a little bit of it, then fell asleep, and SLEPT THROUGH FIREWORKS! Yup, he was THAT tired... Once back to the hotel, some of us decided to soak our feet in the pool :D (We had poolside rooms which was nice!)

There seriously aren't enough hours in a day to do everything at Disney!! I could spend 2 weeks there!
